It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you are not satisfied with the product or maybe there is another reason why you don't want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days after receiving it without providing a reason. You can notify us of your return using the form below.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 6.95 per package; for exact rates, please consult the website of your carrier. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories provided and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after receiving your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation in value of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged for return.
It is not possible to return the following products:
- Sealed products. Once the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned;
- Products that have been customized according to the consumer's specifications;
- Products that are clearly personal in nature;
- Products that cannot be returned due to their nature;
- Products that have been used in or on the water;
- Products that have been unpacked and assembled, such as towers and wakeboard racks.

If you have accidentally provided the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to modify the order for you.
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it may happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs that entitles you to a warranty claim. By law, you are obliged to report any defects to us within two months of discovering them. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge. It can always happen that things don't go as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by emailing [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur (WebwinkelKeur Foundation) via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. Starting from February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
