Blemished products, or a “blem,” refers to a brand-new, unused product with a minor cosmetic imperfection. These imperfections occur during manufacturing or warehousing but do not affect the product's structural integrity or performance. A blemished item functions just as well as a non-blemished model, delivering the same level of excitement and satisfaction.

Examples of Cosmetic Imperfections:

• Slightly faded graphics
• Graphics that are not perfectly aligned
• Minor misprints in sizing
• Graphics that transferred mostly correctly, with only a small portion missing
• Minor damages
  

Warranty & Support
All blemished models come with a full manufacturer’s warranty, as their structural integrity remains uncompromised

This depends on the availability of the products. If these are immediately available, they are often shipped the same day. Products that are not in stock are given backorder status and will be delivered when they are in.

This varies per article and per season. Usually items with status 'backorder' are delivered in +/- 3 weeks, but for more information about delivery please contact us.

In wakeboarding, the terms wakeboard boots and wakeboard bindings are usually used interchangeably and refer to the same product: the boot that mounts directly onto the wakeboard.

Exception – Hyperlite System:
Hyperlite offers a System setup where boots and bindings are two separate components, similar to a snowboard setup. In this case:

• The boot is worn on your foot

• The binding is the baseplate mounted to the board

• Both parts are required and sold separately

Outside of the Hyperlite System, wakeboard boots and bindings generally refer to the same all-in-one product.
